I don’t recommend that you seek compensation  by stealing Board pencils or paper, but you could increase your “real” earnings by doing less work. Mr. D has a good suggestion for easing your marking load. Follow his example and you will increase your hourly wage (remember: hourly wage equals weekly salary divided by hours worked; you can’t increase the value of the numerator–salary– but if you reduce the value of the denominator–hours worked– you will increase your hourly wage.)
